PILATES CLASSES IN SOUTH BURLINGTON AND ONLINE

Ease Pilates Studio offers Tower Classes, Online Zoom Mat Classes, Private and Semi-Private Classes.

 

All sessions are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted.

 

You must take between one and three intro-privates prior to taking a tower class.

VIRTUAL SESSIONS

 

We are continuing to offer online Pilates mat classes via Zoom. These classes focus on breath, alignment, length, and finding ease with movement. You will finish feeling taller, stronger, and refreshed. We use various props including therabands, foam rollers, gertie balls, straps, weights, and yoga blocks.

 

We have on-demand classes available that have been recorded live. You are free to use them, with a suggested donation of $5 per use. You can go to the online store to make a donation. You must be logged in to your account to access the content library.

IN-STUDIO SESSIONS

We are currently only offering private and small group (max 3 people) sessions. The small group sessions will be paid for on a sliding scale of $25 to $45 per person and can include work on the reformers, towers, and mat.

PILATES TOWER CLASSES

The tower is a piece of Pilates apparatus great for everyone from the beginner Pilates student, to the elite athlete. It has springs and a push-through bar for resistance and assistance through movements, helping you to lengthen, strengthen, and refine your movements. It can assist you through ranges of motion that might be challenging during daily tasks, and challenge your stability with higher-level movements. Our tower classes are small 5-person classes.
