Jane Pembroke Alsofrom
guest teacher

Jane has been involved with health and fitness most of her life. She is a Stott (1999) and Polestar (2004) method educated Pilates instructor. Keeping our bodies in motion is crucial for our physical and mental health. Our bodies thrive on the challenge that exercise provides to our muscles and allows us to approach our lives from a healthy perspective. She loves to provide a venue for people to challenge themselves while having fun!

As a radiation therapist and educator, teaching in the fitness studio or the classroom is her passion. Supporting student’s intellectual and physical development is “what it’s all about!”
