Rhonda Pagnucco
Rhonda Pagnucco (she/her) has been exploring movement practices since her first Irish step dancing lesson at the age of five and is delighted to be sharing her love of the Pilates method with the Ease Pilates community. Rhonda has studied a variety of somatic and expressive movement forms as pathways to fitness, self-discovery, joy and healing and draws on her clinical experience as a speech-language pathologist to offer a supportive, body-positive, scaffolded approach to movement. Rhonda started her journey as a Pilates instructor with comprehensive training in 2008 (Power Pilates), became nationally certified in 2014 and completed additional comprehensive training in 2019 (Polestar Pilates). Rhonda is a certified Buff Bones® instructor and a teaching artist and assistant for the Movement for Parkinson’s Disease program at The Flynn. For fun, Rhonda enjoys traveling with her family, surfing reasonably-sized waves, snowshoeing, seeing live music, dancing and cooking.
